This whole dictionary drawing series began with a hummingbird so I decided to finish my art show exhibit with the same little bird.  I used this drawing in class as a demonstration to show how modeling marks can be used to shade and create different values.

Hummingbirds are really loved and this fellow was purchased during the show and is now living somewhere in Michigan I believe.
